Global Grafting was founded in 2008 when Cedric and Regan, Hortivate’s founders, relocated to the Bay of Plenty to help graft the Green Kiwifruit variety over to the Gold variety when the devastating PSA disease hit the region.
With a tight grafting window of time, this meant new innovations were required. Time savings, cost savings and accuracy were required for growers to ensure the maximum return on investment could be gained.
